大周天気功法の応用

 

頭頂の百会、仙骨・尾骨を開き自由に気を取り込めるようになったら、手から気を出す"外気"のトレーニングを行ってまいります。

手から気を出せるようになると、食べ物や飲み物の味を変えてみたり、楽器に気を入れると音色が素晴らしく変化するようなことも出来るようになります。

東京のセミナーで行われた模様です。
矢山先生が楽器に"気"をいれると、不思議なことに音色に変化が生じました。
